La funzione principale è la
rilevazione e la localizzazione di trasmettitori miniaturizzati attivi.
Un speciale sistema fornisce all' utente informazioni istantanee sull'intensità
del campo RF.
La funzione di filtraggio a 3 livelli
(a scelta) permette di eliminare forti bande broadcasting in onde corte
o di trasmittenti locali in VHF FM. Il segnale demodulato può essere
monitorato attraverso gli auricolari in dotazione.
Nel modo "Protect" l'apparecchio avvertirà
l'utente in modo discreto se aumenta l'intensità di campo delle
radio frequenze (attivazione di cimici o altri sistemi di trasmissione
senza fili)
L'apparecchio consente di rilevare
diversi dispositivi che i sistemi comuni di rilevazione a banda larga non
riescono a trovare.
Nel modo "Protect" l'intensità
di radiofrequenza locale viene misurata e memorizzata, (separatamente in
3 segmenti di frequenze), e successivamente i valori vengono paragonati
con i segnali presenti in un secondo momento. Se compare un segnale più
intenso di almento 3 dB lampeggerà uno dei 3 LED DI ALLARME. Allo
stesso momento l'utente verrà informato se il segnale più
forte è nella banda di frequenza HF, VHF oppure UHF (LED verde,
LED giallo; LED rosso). Se il modo "Vibrazione" è attivato, l'utente,
inoltre, viene informato sulla frequenza del nuovo segnale attraverso il
numero di pulsazioni.
The main function
is detection and localization of active wireless bug transmitters. Special
compensated detection system gives the user instant information about the
real RF field intensity. The adjustable 3-level frequency filtering allows
elimination of strong short wave broadcasting or local VHF FM transmitters.
The demodulated signal can be monitored in connected earphones. In the
PROTECT mode the vibrator gently informs about increase of the RF field
(activation of a bug or other wireless device). Comparing with other similar
detectors the 3-level selectable RF filtering allows detection of various
devices undetectable by commonly used wide band detectors.
In the PROTECT
mode the intensity of local RF background field is stored (separately in
3 frequency segments) and later automaticly compared with current signals.
If any at least 3 dB stronger signal appears, one of the three ALARM LEDs
lights. The user is also informed if the strongest signal is in HF or VHF
or UHF frequency band (green, yellow, red LED). If the VIBRATOR is ON the
vibrations alert the user and in addition number of vibration pulses inform
about the frequency of the NEW SIGNAL.
